    You're right, he was injured. Missed about three quarters of the season with an achilles injury, if I remember rightly

    Couldn’t speak English so was struggling to learn the new system

    His mates from the relegation season had left so he was a bit isolated

    Is what I remember, seemed to be able to talk to some random in West Quay well enough to articulate his concerns

    In my opinion we have to keep him and nurture him.

    He’s too talented to let go. Surely Russ can find a way to fit him into the squad and help him grow as a player
