It’s not funny. It’s sad for him and his family - but it’s also dangerous for the US president to have dementia.
He should do the decent thing and resign
I saw my Dad suffer the last 6months of his life with this terrible condition. It was incredibly tough for the family but at times I felt it was worse for him.
Sometimes we all laughed together, it helped lighten some of the dark days.
That said I'm no angel.
After Biden called Putin the President of the Ukraine he called Kamala Harris 'Vice President Trump' I laughed and nearly choked on my Weetabix.
If it wasn’t so sad it could've been Python-esque.
Like you it was funny till we think of it.
I don’t blame Biden, I blame his advisors as they must see it more than we do.
My dad is 90 and he’s got the beginnings of it. He repeats stuff a lot. He has good days and bad days. On a good day you wouldn’t know there was anything wrong. On a bad day he doesn’t recognise people.
My wife's Mother had it come the end she had no idea could not recognise anybody. Sad when it happens.
How the hell Biden is allowed to carry on is crazy-having said that he is just a figurehead there are people behind the scenes running the show.
My Mother in Law has been in a home with Dementia for the last 4 years and won’t get any better
People close to Biden are protecting him and the US media are also to blame
America as a whole seem genuinely shocked that he’s making very embarrassing mistakes when meeting foreign leaders
But Bidens mental decline has been well documented over here for the last year or more
It is so sad to see anyone go through what Biden is clearly experiencing and when you consider he is a world leader it is also very scary for the future of democracy. Kamala Harris should never have been chosen as VP because Biden should have chosen a younger man who could have taken over the reins to secure the short term viability of the Democratic Party against Donald Trump and his diabolical belief that he should be a lifetime President. It was very obvious during the recent NATO summit that Europe is extremely concerned about Trump winning the next U.S. election and a lot more focus on the ongoing threat of Putin is only now starting to be realized by those who should have known better during Trump's last term in office. Let's just hope the wake up call isn't too late and the mere thought of Europe sitting back and letting Putin have his own way brings back awful memories of the 1930's when another thug was allowed to roam free and do his evil deeds and the only reaction was war. Today's war has the potential to destroy this beautiful planet and I fail to understand why anyone would want to do that unless they want sole rule over a barren planet that would possibly not survive in any usable condition. Wake up World and do what is needed before it is way too late to pick up the pieces. 
This incident and photo above may well propel Trump to the White House in November.
I'm not a Trump fan but what a difference he gives against the image of Biden and would like to express sympathy to all others involved in this atrocity.
