Higher taxes, restrictions on money allowed to take on holiday, devaluation and all the other things we saw under Labour in the 1960s with bollocks about the devaluation doesn’t mean the pound in your pocket is worth less. Which some daft sods took in.
Oh you might as well go back to 1890 and 1936 while you are at it

Didn’t we create the problem in the first place by putting Israel there after the 2nd world war?

It started earlier than that during WW1 - In 1917, in order to win Jewish support for Britain's First World War effort, the British Balfour Declaration promised the establishment of a Jewish national home in Ottoman-controlled Palestine. The British rule over Palestine lasted roughly thirty years, from 1917 until 1948.

Politicians have always sidestepped direct questions it comes with the territory.
But the plain outright deceptive lies that proceeded 2019 are an embarrassment to parliament.
The apologist Cabinet was sickening and if it wasn't for that horrible twat Cummings we would still be having this **** .
Do I think Labour will change much in the next 5 years ?
No I don't it would take a minimum 10 years to get anywhere

Labour are still blaming Thatcher for everything after all these years. They changed nothing but in the same period East European countries once freed from the shackles of far left dictatorships transformed from drab, run down places to vibrant places.

I think Britain just fell for the American Line and it was lazy political posturing they never questioned enough .
Almost every member of parliament voted in favour of it and I believe Tony Blair called for a second resolution but all other countries had already voted it through so it couldn't be stopped regardless.
I also don't see many people giving a **** at what is happening in Gazza now isn't that much the same and aren't we supplying weapons to slaughter ??

Gaza, Yemen, Sudan...it's almost as if there's a reason these atrocities don't get the coverage they should.

Same as the Christians killed in Sudan gets little coverage. South Sudan is oil rich yet impoverished. Yemen is the battle ground between Iran backed rebels and a coalition of countries led by Saudi Arabia. Is the reason they don’t get coverage that it is Muslims committing the atrocities?

I know it's unlikely to say the least, but it would make me chuckle if after all of this, Starmer and Rayner lost their seats. <laugh>

It really is in a poor state British politic's, Tories have blown an 80 seat majority by their lies and deserve to be ousted.

Labour are no longer a party of the workers, they are the same as the Tories Liberal elites, and we are going to end up with more WOKE nonsense, unlimited immigration, higher taxes etc. So IMO the Tories were bad, but the labour party of today will be worse.

IMO there needs to be a radical change, how that will happen, bearing in mind what is happening in Europe now, remains to be seen.

They were just as corrupt back then. You think governments in Africa and South America are less corrupt? Laughable.

i know which party is going to win in my constituency. my vote is and always has been irrelevant. my decision is going to be between a protest vote that will annoy the most people or replicating picasso on my voting slip.

i'm okay with the next goverment being as predicted (and it's beyond my control), but i want them to understand they won because everybody's sick of the tories. i don't want them to start thinking they were voted in because we support all their extreme evil marxist ****e, and i include wokism and the gender nonsense* under the heading of extreme evil marxist ****e.

also, i will restate here and now, that the evil concepts that go by the titles of identity politics and intersectionality are just names the extreme left uses to allow themselves to be as bigoted and prejudiced as those on the right that they accuse of every ism in the book.

* i should clarify here. converted or partly converted males (or ones pretending because it's tuesday) that have gone through puberty should not be competing in women's sports. children should not be butchered without the consent of their parents. other than that, grown-ups can pretend to be whatever they want. jkrowling is 100% correct. if your genes are xy, you're a bloke. i hate activists. emma watson and daniel radcliffe are twats.
