Yep, I already knew he’d done it by the time I saw it, but none of the detail, so assumed all the way through watching that his lead out train just kept on going. Then when they dropped off just before the end and he had to find someone else’s wheel it was heart in mouth stuff, but like watching the clock go back 10 years at least to him at his absolute peak.Just watching the highlights...

Just watched the highlights .Well done Cav...What a brilliant achievement..More wins than the great Eddy Merckx.
It makes you wonder how many he would have won had he not had to drop out of Tours through injury !Never in doubt. That's the first sprint he's contested this tour and he won it with ease.
Just maybe he isn't finished yet.
