I'm still waiting for the right manifesto to drop through my letterbox.

I just want animal cruelty, child cruelty, rape and murder to be punished by hanging. And I want people who spit in the street to be flogged in public.

And one more thing: bird food to be given out free to anyone who would like to feed our feathered friends, especially during the colder months.

I don't think that's too much to ask for.
