Depends on the humidity. Higher temperatures are more bearable in a dry environment than a humid one. Which is why people are more tired in hot temperatures in the likes of Thailand than for example some American states with similar temperatures.
Youre right Humid high temps stop the body being able to lose heat via sweat Dry hot temps are just really hot So shade for example makes it way easier to deal with as the worst part is the direct sunlight heat In humid wet heat Shade doesnt really make a difference You dont cool down in the shade
