    Who’s Gallagher? What’s he done.

Mainoo although overhyped has done well for Utd. Wharton was very good on his England debut

I wouldn't be starting any of them.

It all smacks of panic. Yes we've been ****, but we are on the cusp of qualification and now is not the time to start tinkering.

By all means bring them on as subs, but I think the starting line up have got much more in them and will have a point to prove against Slovenia

As mentioned, the only change I'd make to to swap Trent and Stones around.

So play TAA at centre half, where he’s never played?

**** sake. Is your name Gareth by any chance?

    Absolute nonsense.

I'd have him at RB instead of Walker. Stones and Rice in MF which would allow Rice to get forward like he does for us.

Dunk/Konsa and Guehi at centre half

    And no, It's RANDY.

Read that Birmingham had a request denied to move their game with Wrexham to the US. Slags.

    Ok, nice back track!

But yeah, the only place he should play is right back or right wing back. Like, his actual usual position.

Stones is a centre half, so that’s where he should play.

Middle of a back three is when he moves into midfield for City. Which would be a pretty good idea for England as it goes, and good old Trent then gets to also play.

Silly twat didn’t pick a fit left back/wing back though.

I could have sworn we were playing a back 3 against Denmark as Stones was just acting like a statue in that position <laugh>

The enormity of that calamitous error of judgement beggars belief ...

Been thinking of possible shuffles in the name of balance - how about playing Gordon and Kyle Walker as wing backs? - Mainoo is mobile enough to provide some cover down the left if needed, as he did in the Cup Final ...

Stones in the middle of the back 3 can then supplement midfield like he does for Citeh ...

    Rice and Bellingham

    Watkins/Toney .... Saka/Foden

    None were any good.

Big opportunity for Gareth tomorrow, he can make us all shut the **** up and pick a decent team with players in their familiar positions and play attacking football.

sounds like he’s picked Gallagher though so………
Desperately trying to replicate Henderson/Phillips, I just don’t get the obsession with this double pivot bollocks.
