From what I've seen, RLB comes across calm and capable with a wider skillset than Beale.

RLB's backroom team seem to be of a very high standard while Beale's was non existent.

Lorient fans are sick of RLB in a "got us relegated" way, not the "he's a complete arsehole and should never work in football again" way Rangers fans were about Beale.

If I was a Lorient fan I'd be more pìssed off with the owners for selling the top players and not replacing them with the same standard.

I can’t remember who posted it, but someone said something along the lines of ‘KLD is devastated and annoyed about how last season went and he wants to make changes and have a go’.
This post from last Wednesday...

Why he hasn’t been to many games.
He feels KS has let him and the club down.
Also why last time KLD was at the ground he had someone with him.. a new DOF.
But that will all be announced after the coach is done, and window is closed.
Stuart Harvey has apparently foudn a few canny players too. A proper striker too

Good point about all was bat ****. If someone was bullshitting it was easy time to add fuel to that fire as opposed to trying to put a positive side across!
That is the problem with message boards in general, easy to slag off than post positive news.

Some posters, me included, even post joking about the inevitable impending doom, but along with the negative posts leads to an awful toxic atmosphere in our club.

Therefore, in my opinion, the minority are blackening the reputation of our club, with the majority sick of the soundtrack of gloom.

I've decided it's time to stand up and call out the negatives, and like I've done with agreeing with @Bucky1989 post, shining a light on the good news stories.

My crusade, my club. Keep the faith.

Hhhaaa'wwwwaaaaayyyyyy the lads

Thanks for posting marra. Some good points in there...well balanced.
Here we go again into another season.....my 63rd!
The next 5 or 6 weeks are hopefully going to provide answers to some of our questions.
Can Regis and his staff engage with our players and get the best from them?
Can we recruit the players we clearly need early enough in the window?
Can we get all (but two:emoticon-0106-cryin) of our injured players back and fighting fit?
Can we resist offers from elsewhere for our stars....Clarke,Neil and Rigg, and one or two others?
After the uncertainty and debate of the last months....we're heading into even more!
I'm happy to see the end of this head coach thread.....but,I know the next heavy is just around the corner!<laugh>

The "is he a yes man" comment from Wilson pissed me off.

Really hope the bottom paragraph of your quote is true, going to be a massive summer either way and sounds like some positive changes going to happen.
I'm looking forward to the summer window, and cannot wait for next season, especially after watching England and Scotland struggling in the Euros.

Also, always good to hear from new posters, welcome to the board :emoticon-0148-yes:
