Malicious is an appropriate word for me. There's a lot of personal dislike towards KS and KLD coming out via fanzines and people who claim to have inside information and it's a bit irresponsible for them to do so in my opinion, when they know their words hold weight with some of our fanbase.
If people don't like either of them, then that's fine, but what I dislike is when things are said as fact when they're anything but.
Dodds has received a completely disproportionate amount of stick from our "fans" this summer when he's done nothing but step into a job and do his best when his boss asked him to.

Completely agree with this. Speakman deserves signficant criticism for some of the things that have gone wrong but a lot of what is said about him is disproportionate and focusses on the wrong things, rather than the things he's actually done wrong. The 'staffing issues' have clearly been an invention, or exaggeration, to try and undermine him.
Because they've come over from RTG on a wind up mission. Once we sign the forwards and CM we are looking for they'll disappear again until the next wind up opportunity presents itself.
Why call them out? What is your objective? What benefit are you creating for anyone else?
Folk share stuff they have heard. Football is one big rumour mill. If you dont think people hear things then that would be bizarre. Imagine footballers not having mates outside of the squad. Imagine agents not planting stories. Imagine those directly involved not having someone letting slip. Even worse, imagine people actually making stuff up in front of people they dont actually know. What, in all honesty, do you think they would be trying to achieve? If you think ITKs are fantasists then maybe that says more about your opinion of folk.
For info, my mate is involved with some of the elite agencies. We play golf and he tells me stuff. Mostly about the edges, not individual deals. His words, I could tell you something on the 1st tee, by the time we are drinking a glass of wine in the clubhouse it might have changed.
Just take the lads at face value, or live without it. Dont be smug about it because it reflects worse on you than those willing to share. My opinion anyway.

Agreed. Things can get heated, but so what. We are all big boys, wake up and just get on with it. This forum is very very good for keeping a lid on things and not letting it get out of hand.
It's not a surprise that a good few lads have came over here now. This has meant more info/rumours are being shared. I think it's a good thing.
Smug is right too. Me and my brother rocked up to the pre play off meet. Was hanging out my arse but had a good chat and others who were there.
So you havent seen his side play then?
You are just going on stats, if you watch a side play you gain a better understanding on that head coach and whether he js good or not
Beale had a cracking win % but i was never a fan because i couldn't see a clear style of play when i watched his teams

If KS told you that we chased W Still what would you say on here the same as you were told. However if we got a different coach would you run and hide cos you were wrong ????.

I reckon that flex will have been there a while mind. Cifuentes for instance you heard fell thru because of staffing issues as recently as this week, so I doubt KLD has just suddenly about turned on that and gone to somebody else in the last few days. If he was going to do a U turn so quickly then he’d go back to Cifuentes surely.
not criticising you as you can only say what you’re hearing, just saying what you heard must have been wrong in this instance.
