We know nothing about him to be impressed, or not. A single relegation does not define a manager's career, nor his ability. I'll reserve judgement.
I would say as an appointment it's an unknown which isn't exactly a resounding tick of Speakman's report card for the summer.
He needs to markedly improve the squad this summer now or he doesn't answer the questions lingering about him.
