I knew when we were a bigger shambles, when we were in L1 with SD n CM in charge - they would have ran us out of business

KS n KLD have no doubt made mistakes but all very fixable. Get the right manager in, have a good transfer window and apologise for how long its taken (some wont need an apology and will be fine if they get the right man) - theyll be praised again by most
Are we any closer to what you heard the other day?

In all my years watching and talking about Sunderland, I have never known a shambles like this.
I ain't a whining fanny or nowt, but this is a clueless attempt to run a massive football club.
We need a positive owner and a sensible DOF who can communicate with the fan base.
If these 2 tomorrow are not the answer we will look sackless.
It's no good saying we have kept the new coach under wraps, cos no one believes the **** KS spouts.
Stop whining, you fanny

<laugh>

Will the majority of people be happy? Obviously not everyone will be, it’s the way it goes.

Okay, might as well just say what I've been told, paraphrasing:

Negotiations are way beyond 900k and QPR are looking for a massive windfall under the guise this derails their season, a tribunal may see it that way.
So he is done and coming here even if we don't agree compo?

I've never heard of a manager or coach going to a tribunal.

Didn't realise that was a thing

Does anyone have an info/links about the Cifuentes 900k buy out I've seen mentioned on here, because that is contradicting my source.
I was surprised at the £900k figure as in the early days I’d seen £450k mentioned, more than £900k seems excessively high for a. Championship manager.

Is Speakman still talking about new coach and first team affairs? I've got a suspicious he's been moved aside to u21s

Usually manager compensation is the value of the remaining contract. However there are exceptions, such as when Big Sam left us for England, the negotiations went on a while if I remember rightly.

Example, 1 year left at 5k a week = £260,000.

5 years left at 20k a week = £5.2m
