Well if they can manage to get better players and still balance the books we truly have got good owners and manager
Just the sort of young & hungry , athletic player that we so badly require. I see Terrell has signed for Carlisle United. Him & Sam Lavelle will be like having a couple of elephants playing in central defence next season.
Have looked up the details of cricket bat head, he's not even played in the SPL. Ffs, second tier football up there is League 1 at best.
2nd tier football up there, he'll be a carthorse. The size of him he'll be as mobile as you after you have eaten your second Wetherspoons breakfast.
Really pathetic tonight seeing The Usual Suspects (forum only fans) belittling Alfie May, and talking up his sake as if it would somehow be a good thing. As thick as sh1t. Proven 25 goal a season striker = bad thing. Unproven nobody who’s name I have guessed = good thing
Sadly no. Had a ST for the 2022-23 season but had to give up going around halfway through as I got Sciatica and couldn't sit for two hours. Then last Summer money was a bit tight so I decided to buy tickets on an occasional basis and go to whatever games I could manage. But in the end I never got round to it. Money matters are better now so buying a ST for this coming season would not be a problem (maybe even my old seat, which was not close to the halfway line so is unlikely to have been snapped up by anyone else). Thought I would wait to see what business the Club did this Summer. Frankly finishing 16th after a long flirt with relegation in 2023-24 didn't exactly sell the idea to me. The new parking restrictions in Charlton are not good either - I always used to park along Wolfe Crescent. But I expect I can get something sorted out if I decide to buy a ticket. I do still return to SE7 almost every Saturday to visit my old mum. Unfortunately her house doesn't have a driveway out front!
