Ok fact, Hecky not been here at all today, he's been on a golf charity day.
Also no new approach from the club to Paul or his agent.
The club is now no longer available for at least the next 18 months, and probably a bit longer, so we can relax on that point.
And the club are gonna have a real go this season, it will be very interesting the next 2 month.

My biggest issue with Mowbray was getting Slaven to gob off afterwards or at the least giving him the opportunity. Just go with respect. Cracking bloke but his emotions get the better times.

Football is an emotional sport. No idea if Mowbray told Slaven what to say tbh? Not a surprise, if he was feeling bruised, he confessed to mates. Maybe it is Bernie that is the problem?

I'd recommend the wormhole, go watch some Hammarby clips from when he was there to get a better gauge of how he'd do here though, our squad couldn't be more different to that QPR side.

But I'm pretty sure Alex Neil to Stoke went quickly from betting odds related rumours, to press conference cancellation, to him being at their stadium watching them play, so it does happen.

Thanks mate. Will do. His QPR job isnt the big deal imo, nor fit with us. Not against him at all, but will appreciate a different experience to the QPR one to convince me

I posted earlier about his QPR squad being full of experience - loads of it tbh. That’s ideal when you go into a tough situation. He’d inherit a totally different squad here… Might mean very little, who knows.

With all respect mate, I cannot imagine Mowbray giving much away to Rooney. I appreciate they have the brum connection, but it would be a big surprise if he gave away his Sunderland views. Might be wrong, but Mowbray just doesnt come across as a bloke with time for **** spreading outside of his close circle.
