Am I aware that we have dropped clangers and are now down the list of head coach preference ? Absolutely. I think the general public are now too. Unless you believe the immediate narrative spinning the second a negative press article comes out.
Any hope we land a cifuentes or shall we brace ourselves for a ‘meh’ appointment?
Are you saying that a guy who was out of work when we took on Beale, said no to us in May, is now being considered as our next head coach?

At this point I honestly don't know. They are so far down their list now it's rabbit out of the hat time which will require some Dosh. Or it's a meh appointment and get on with it.

I'd say it's a healthy mix of us getting desperate and him not getting many other offers. A (relegation) match made in heaven.
Suppose that’s the only way to earn the big bucks, honestly the not knowing is probably what’s driving people nuts more than anything, just have to hope they nail it soon, tomorrow will be a week since the statement so that will be rightly or wrongly dragged through the mud again
Im not really wanting heck but I doubt we’d go down under him, probably be a steady away middle of the road/top half finish which after last year isn’t a disaster but I think (hope) we’re aiming higher than that hence it taking 98474838484 days to get someone in
well the proof is in the pudding lets see what recruitment is like alot of work needs doing in that department

They are. They need to close a deal. So far it's incompetence. Time to get serious.
I don't think it's a relegation match but I do fear that if heckingbottom is appointed he will be up against it from day one with some of our supporters. It's not an inspiring choice after all this time. I'd get behind whoever it is but I'm sure there will be lots who won't and see it as just another cheap out of work option.
