Think it’s time for everyone to calm down , the delay is concerning but it’s more important that we have set the bar higher than recent appointments and have been close to making an appointment but were thwarted at the last minute with Will Still going to Lens . It’s also important that we don’t panic and make rash decisions that have a long term impact on the club , I am sure that we will appoint a Manager in due course in a timely way . Discussions are ongoing and someone will be in place before the transfer window opens and the players return to training for the season ahead . Rather than blame all and sundry and attack one another on the Forum let’s be supportive of KLD and the board and allow them to get on with the job without the vitriol on social media and to a lesser extent on our Forum .

Howe has already ruled himself out of the running - although that was likely just to curry favour with the jordee naschun. This article just feels loaded to make the mags think they are bigger than England by pretending the FA want Howe so Wilson and all the other mags can pull themselves dry when he apparently turns down the approach that never happened.

Any football manager that "Rules" himself of the England National job should never be considered again. England come calling, you go, Simple as that. It's the highest honor that any football manager can have and something every coach/manager has to aim for. To have the arrogance to rules ones self out should be a permanent mark against their name. Not just saying this because he's their manager, I just don't get it. Bit like when players "Retire" from the National set up.

Just got told this and it's a canny fact - "Xavier Calm was at Birmingham with speakman and Dodds and Cifuentes took him to QPR and was the only one he brought with him to QPR"
Calm heads are needed with young lads

Disagree with a whole lot of that.
