Boro have signed Luke Ayling on a free transfer.

Plymouth have signed full back Nathaniel Ogbeta from Swansea on a free transfer.

Crystal Palace have a agreed a deal worth £14m to sign 20 year old Barcelona and Morocco centre back Chadi Riad.
 
Rotherham have signed SIX players already as they look to bounce back from relegation.

They’ve signed:

Jonson Clarke-Harris, Reece James (the ex Wendies one), Sean Raggett, Joe Rafferty, Shaun McWilliams and Joe Powell.

They’re rumoured to want Matt Ingram to replace Viktor Johannson, who went to Stoke for a not inconsiderable amount. Probably why they’re so active early on.
 
Norwich City have signed defender Jose Cordoba from Bulgarian club Levski Sofia for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old is the first Norwich signing since the appointment of Johannes Hoff Thorup as the Canaries' new head coach.

Cordoba has won 12 international caps for Panama and will complete his move to Carrow Road when the transfer window opens on 14 June.

Rumoured target Josh Murphy has signed for Portsmouth on a free transfer, he agreed a three year deal.

Oxford have signed full back Peter Kioso from Peterborough for an undisclosed fee.

Sunderland signed Simon Moore from Coventry to provide competition for Patterson.
