I hate all this **** but just an observation that the posters who's clubs are in trouble for breaking the rules seem to be the most vocal on this subject.
Just saying.
Just saying.
... would they be the same rules that mean only 4 or 5 clubs (already up there amongst the richest) can carry on spending what they like with impunity? ... that'll make football more competitive for sure ... well at least between those 4 or 5

Personally i think any non prem team fans should stfu![]()
Rules exist in football to try and make it competitive... That's a good oneIt's not so much that it's illegal, but there are rules in place in football to try and make it competitive. So the same rules don't apply to ordinary commercial companies because they are operating in a free market economy and not a sporting context.
I suppose the closet thing to it in commercial law is the monopolies and mergers act. Which tries to ensure that businesses don't gain an unfair advantage by squashing the competition.
City signed up to the same rules as everybody else, but they've deliberately flouted them to gain a sporting advantage. Financial doping.
Some folk still whinging about Arsenal from 124 years ago
But City didn't know the rules from the last few years so they are the victims lol
Some cuck ****e going on in here like.
Only because you constantly talk about earning success "on the pitch" but support the only PL club who's place in the division wasn't earned in that way.
I've no idea what cuck even means tbh. I'm not arsed about City in the slightest though.
So when do City, Chelsea etc get to claim that then?It was 124 years ago mate. I think Arsenal have proved since then that they’ve earned their success on the pitch

Whats the Pinkie statute of limitations on corruption?
Y'all werent even a football league club before you bribed your way in.Not saying it wasn’t corrupt at the time. I’m saying that given that it was over a century ago, Arsenal have long since proved their success on the pitch.
You chavs we’re just a yo yo club like City before the sugar daddies bought your pots mate![]()

The thing that worries me the most right now is nothing to do with FFP I'm just worried that if we have a good start we'll be referred to as the Slot Machine.
Everyone has different worries though I suppose.
You have PL experience I don't see you getting relegated. Sorry.Hear that. I'm worried that we might be quite decent next season and we won't get relegated.

Manchester City - 115 FFP Chargesmy understanding is it's 3 charges for historically back-dating 3 sponsorship deals to the tune of around 30m around 2014, and 112 charges relating to stalling on supplying documents.
124 yearsY'all werent even a football league club before you bribed your way in.
And Abramovich was over 20 years ago, so I ask again, whats the statute of limitations on it?
About 150 yearsBut you didn't initially did you? You're the only premier league club who didn't win promotion via their results on the pitch. Your place was gained by your financial clout rather than your on pitch success which means you had a huge unfair advantage. This is absolutely fact mate and not up for debate.
Which is the point. You constantly argue that City's success is meaningless due to it all being caused by questionable funding - which is more than a reasonable point for what it's worth imo.
But isn't Arsenal exactly the same? Without buying your way to the top division you wouldn't have been in a position to win the league titles you did which increased your stature.
What's the difference exactly?
