I was going to say Smug will of ruined his day, but I’m not sure he can read, so he’ll be ok
Also seen someone posted an article suggesting he won’t be Kompany’s assistant so I can see why he’s now considered the favourite.

It cites Sky's report (I guess the one from the other day saying we're pursuing Maric and Still (and others)) as its source so nothing new as you say, except the contract info....

Aye, I think it's the same with the ITK's on the message boards. There's a handful that get info then a load that re-report what those few are saying as 'I've heard' or 'I've been told' making it seem like it's verifying and corroborating what's been said when in reality they've only 'been told' by that original ITK report. Badly worded but you hopefully get the drift of what I'm trying to say.

Why should they be embarrassed? Everything they said was right?
Embarrassing is me touting Parky before he came to us. For that my input on the new head coach thread has been minimal to say the least. Passing on info is not!
I have been waiting to see who goes with Kompany. Mainly because I am interested to see if Craig Bellamy decides it is time to step into the hotseat. He will be an interesting one to watch when he does.
