I wasn't overly impressed with Blair and his new labour (tory) ****.

But seriously, you must have been living under a rock to not see the massive levels of incompetence, corruption, lies and theivery these fookers have achieved over the last 14 years.

If you read my posts, I’m not saying the tories have done a good job.

My point is, IMO, Labour won’t do any better.

As it stands we have no Labour candidate in my constituency. Labour have declared us a non-battleground seat. In other words, they wont bother even trying to get in here. They dont care. Odd, as our local Tory MP is retiring after years (and I am going to say years of very good local representation and service). We are ripe for a change in direction, nobody I know will turn out for the tories. Yet Labour dont care about us it seems. So I cant vote for them, the party I grew up voting for, and whose traditional values are closest to my own (traditional being pre Blair). I wont vote for the Tories, even though at local level my last MP was excellent. So what do I vote for? I want to vote Lib Dems, only to try and get a 3rd party with a relevant number of MPs and therefore a voice in the debate. Already there is talk of tv debates with only tory and labour. It will be a media driven campaign, pitting 1 against the other. We will end up with a Labour govt, and likely a non labour MP locally, and no doubt Labour will come riding into my constituency with their half arsed housebuilding schemes because their is no local MP to upset. Depressing all round.
Don’t worry FellTop, you will still be able to vote Labour :emoticon-0105-wink:. You will have a Labour candidate eventually, it’s just they are prioritising the seats they think they can win.

Nobody could do any worse.
We were a lot better off 14 years ago than when these cùnts came to power.
Fact.
You also said you'd vote for them <doh>:emoticon-0104-surpr

I voted for David Cameron. I didn’t vote for the **** show that followed.

To be honest, when it comes to politician parties, there isn’t much difference between them. They just dress up different ways to racketeer your money and give you very little back in return.

Personally I don’t care who wins the election, I won’t be voting.

I might even move to Bradford or Brighton, at least their mayors are concentrating on more important issues in this country, like Palestine <laugh>

Aye, most want shot with shìt.
Thatcher started the rot privatisation etc. old cow
Cameron is a pig fùcking Tory tosser.

Blair liar ffs.
These fookers really are the worst of the shìt ever though.
Boris FFS, Truss, sunak and all the other corrupt lying cronies .

The covid fiasco and the ****ers partying was enough for me. Never mind all the other shìt.

It’s been less than 24 hours and we have pretty much what i expected from the current government.

  • Announced the GE in the rain, soaked through with Things Can Only Get Better blasting out.
  • Tory MP’s trying to push a vote of no confidence through in an attempt to stop the general election.
  • Confirmation that no Rwanda planes will leave before the election.
  • Planting a councillor in a crowd so he can ask Rishi a pre-planned question.
  • Asking the Welsh public if they are looking forward to the Euros.

Anyone who thinks it will be perfect under an alternative leadership, whatever the party, needs to look at how politics works. Everyone has a right to vote and make their own decisions but not voting for an alternative party just because they might be as bad is madness in my book.

We now have a chance to replace a completely ineffective, corrupt government who are so out of touch with the public it’s borderline delusional.

I’ll be voting Labour but if I lived elsewhere I would be voting tactically just to get these self-entitled charlatans out of power.
