Do figures show up for those viewing but not logged on? For instance my viewing time logged on is minimal, and usually only to make a comment. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

It doesn't make a difference. Logging on only benefits you (it can suggest videos similar to what you've watched). Our analytics are based on your IP address whether you're logged in or not.

Many thanks, although my TV is not logged on but still suggests videos I might like based on my viewing history, mainly ****e few others would be interested in. For the thread protectors, that is all. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

The secret to a successful life is learning not to care what anyone else thinks. It is the only way to make it to the top in any walk of life. I imagine, like you, Acun is far from delicate and will not give a stuff what people think of his comments. He lays his cards on the table and is transparent.

So you think Rosenior shouldn't care what anyone else thinks - ditto Allsop? Seems the opposite of what everyone wants.

I would think the opposite applies - that taking onboard the criticism from others, learning and developing from it is exactly what helps people get better and progress.

    Everyone?
As for criticism it’s a two way street isn’t it?

Of course Rosenior shouldnt care what anyone thinks. His job is to win football games, not change it because the fans dont like it. He failed at that but to his credit he didnt care what the owner thought and played players that he felt would be better. He lost his job for it but you can safely say he did not care what people thought of him including his boss. He stuck to his guns....but failed the task.

As many have said on here, had we got to the play offs we would not be having this conversation, I believe Acun said as much but cant be sure on that. Rosenior will do the same in his next job in terms of ignoring what others say about his football and so he should.

I get the boring football, I was there at that Stoke game, I saw Giles free on the left, I saw Ohio running ahead of the defence towards the opposition goal, waiting for the ball, only for it to go backwards, then those players waving their arms in frustration.
Acun says he doesn’t want to pick the team, so why bring up Sinik, Giles & Pandur as players he’d put in the team & how, he’ll buy Giles.
As others have said, he needs someone in between him & the manager, because right now, he’s looking like someone who wants too much hands on the team.
If this was another club, I’d be appalled if I heard some of the stuff he comes out with at times. It might well be his translation coming out wrong, but surely he knows enough not to say some of the things he’s said.

Never got around to seeing that film, although I've heard it's a must see classic.

Before I hunt it down, do you happen to know whether she does Bobby and JR at the same time, by any chance?

Debbie does Dallas is a classic, not in an Oscar winning sort of way, but for its genre it's one of the best.

I'd said a few times throughout the season when our home atmosphere was under scrutiny that it's very much a two way street, unlike away games where you're looking at the more hard core support who are likely to make noise, at home fans need something to excite them and get them going, and that applies to absolutely every team in the country. Ipswich was a great atmosphere, not only because of the situation, but also because we were attacking them from the off, scored 3 and created a few other good chances. Unfortunately our home form, and style of play last season was such that we as fans didn't always have something to sing about.

Maybe an attempt to keep myself sane.....but I'm reading in to this in a slightly different way.....rather than looking at it and saying Acun wants to pick the team, looking at it from a perspective that says actually, Acun let Rosenior pick his own players and own team every week. At no point did he directly interfere with selection throughout the season. Ultimately, having not achieved top 6 he's then felt comfortable in sacking Rosenior, citing a belief that had he chosen and played other players in a different way that things could have been different, which is fully within his gift as owner. He's now using a few names as examples which back up his view that he believes that the players were given to Rosenior to play more attacking football - thus justifying his decision to sack him.

He asked Rosie questions, Rosie gave him logical answers which acun accepted (maybe not agreed with). He left Rosie to it but did say you will be judged by your decisions. So if this is the case then I’m not sure acun’s done a great deal wrong

You could be right but I've heard that said before about high profile people and I think it is a bit different the higher up the chain you get. You have to ask yourself that when he is sat on his private jet flying to Miami to watch a basketball game with his family and friends does he really care what John from Brazil Street in Hull really thinks of him? I would wager 'no'. But on the flip side does he want to sit there listening to chants of 'Acun Out' at games, of course not.

Rather than 'care' what people think of him I think it is more a case of 'needs' people to follow his plan otherwise the atmosphere is counter productive to the team and the half empty stadium makes attracting players and sponsors very difficult.

You have to remember he is paying for pretty much everything so he doesnt 'need' the fans money or support, he just knows it is is important to get the success on the field. I've worked for an owner who literally would not care if the stadium was empty as long as he got pie and chips, some Black Sheep in his fridge and he got to watch the team play in peace. He probably prefers no crowds if I am honest. He pays around 1.8 million a year for that privilage and is still doing it now with a 22 million investment into a club going backwards. People worth hundreds of millions like Acun and that guy I mention do not care about being liked, they can pretty much do anything they like when they like. Something most of us will never be able to understand how it feels.
