This has to be the worst topic going, can we move onto something more interesting?

If people want to cut their nuts off and wear a wig, I'm not going to approve of it, but I suppose unless I feel the urge to confront them (I don't) and prevent them from doing so, I'm just going to ignore it and get on with my own business.
Which is what 99% of people do <ok>

There would be no basis for that because the person in question isn't a canine, even if they identify as one. That's a physical impossibility, whereas changing your sex isn't.

No mate....there was an incident on our National BBC News prior to last Christmas, where a pupil insisted on being identified as a cat.

The teacher played ball. She asked the pupil how it would affect his time at school?

He replied that he wished to drink his morning milk from a bowl....the whole class laughed.

The teacher still played ball. She spoke to her peers first, and she brought a bowl into the classroom the next week to appease the pupil.

The child remained dedicated. He filled the bowl with milk and proceeded to drink the milk by lapping it up from the bowl on his desk, as opposed to tipping the bowl to his mouth.

The class laughed, but it also really annoyed some too.

The teacher then asked the pupil, why wasn't he drinking from the bowl on the floor?....

The pupil had a massive strop and made a complaint against discrimination.

Absolute feckin' mental man!!

Should of told him he was booked in for Friday afternoon to be neutered <ok><laugh>

I'm not sure I agree. There is a difference between opening celebrating who they are and "aggressively bullied into celebrating people..."

Some may feel that openly gay, trans, queer folk are some sort of threat to them, or they get offended by the use of pronouns etc but I think it's a stretch to call it bullying. To each their own I say and I don't care at all if people celebrate who they are in front of me.

There's no difference any more. The extremists have taken over the whole conversation around it and we're getting increasingly unhinged takes on their 'struggle' - to the point where they use words like genocide, which is absolute madness. Being gay or trans in the 80s, now that was a struggle.

Nobody does LGBTQ people more harm than their own activists. The same as most causes these days. You've now got this 'LGB without the T' movement going because of all the clearly mentally ill blokes sticking a wig on and signing up as lesbians on dating sites <laugh>

You could say the same about all activists about every social subject. Read some pretty awful stuff on X yesterday where one guy was blaming Muslims (and other immigrants) for everything that was wrong in his life.
Now, things like immigration and a multi-cultural society do not bother me in any way - in fact I embrace the latter - but I appreciate certain generations who feel threatened/taken over by the other races/cultures in this country. I don't agree, but I respect their views. This particular scumbag on X was speaking for all of them with his disgusting views.

Senior figures at Newcastle City Council and Newcastle United are using the takeover of the club to push for closer ties and more investment in the city from Saudi Arabia, it has emerged.

Emails between top civic centre directors and the NUFC hierarchy have revealed efforts to use the Saudi-led ownership of the football club to develop new ties from Newcastle, North East businesses, and universities to the Gulf state. Human rights campaigners have previously raised concerns about Newcastle’s Saudi links due to alleged human rights abuses by the country’s regime and are now warning Newcastle City Council that “this type of relationship with Saudi Arabia aids its efforts to distract attention from its appalling human rights record”.

The emails, obtained by the NUFC Fans Against Sportswashing group (NUFCFAS) and seen by the Local Democracy Reporting Service, indicate a close relationship that has also seen the council ask Magpies co-owner Amanda Staveley to intervene at the highest levels of the UK government in its efforts to secure funding for the restoration of the Tyne Bridge and city Labour leader Nick Kemp urge the club to pay more than £23 million to fund free school meals. The council said it will “always look at opportunities to drive investment” that “ultimately puts money in the pockets of all our residents” – and that it was for the UK government, rather than local leaders, to address human rights concerns.

Meanwhile, deputy prime minister Oliver Dowden will reportedly use a visit to Saudi Arabia this week to say that £3 billion of investment from Saudi Arabia will help sustain around 2,000 jobs in the North East.

I’m on the tui / Thompson’s
Web site quite often and the deals for the past few weeks has been very poor
At the moment it’s £10 discount for packages deals
Wow spend a grand and save tenner
These deals will have to change soon

That's the thorny issue (for me anyway) - let people choose whatever gender they want to be, but men cannot suddenly compete against women in sports.
I'll probably get shot down here, but there maybe should be a 3 set of sports for trans folk to compete against other trans folk.

More and more organisations and individuals are standing up and saying no to this kind of thing now.

The fallout from all this trans cultism - and that's what it is now, a cult - is going to be horrible in ten or twenty years time. We'll be seeing children suing parents, doctors and psychiatrists struck off, millions paid out in damages. Even places like the BBC and Disney are going to be in amongst it.

It seems to be a purely Western world phenomena as well. Look at how many Hollywood actors have trans kids - it's statistically impossible.
