As you all know he is currently with the Algeria U23's for the Olympics qualifying.

They had their first group match yesterday.

They won 1-0 against Senegal.

Morocco Wednesday and Nigeria on Saturday.

 

If they qualified and Abeid played regularly, Algeria would be my second team at the Olympics

 

Great performance. Looks ridiculously composed on the ball and played some lovely passes. Wouldn't be dissapointed to see him get a start in an FA Cup game!

 

I'm going to assume Boudebouz wasn't playing? At this time in the season.

 

Looks good ... would like to see more of him in an FA CUP match though before making a judgement ...

 

Looked to be dictating a lot of the play there - covered ground with the ball, nice passes, pressed them - which is especially good considering they're a couple of years older than him. Looks a tidy player

 

Looks good and plays forward passes, which is a mark of a very good CM player.

 

Heard nothing but good things about Abeid, but from what I've seen he should be an AMC, cos he has pace and is good at dribbling whilst also being great at holding possession, good bit of vision too!
