Your point was that Utd get the rub of the green in EVERY game. I just made you look like a biased fool. Your point?
Your comment was typical of a 17 year old child. I answered perfectly well, and I stick by my opinion. Stop being a biased twat is the best advice I can give to you little boy.
Stop wasting my time you thick little spastic. Firstly I dont support Utd so I couldn't really give a ****. You clearly have a bias as Utd are far superior to your team. Secondly - chatting with children on the internet is not my cup of tea so kindly take yourself off to your bedroom have a **** and play your xbox.
I never really had a negative opinion on man utd fans until yesterday - it changed everything! In all the games so far this season that NUFC have surprised the opposition fans, I have never heard such a narrow-minded & immature collective group of responses. It seems to stem from their inability to admit that they were shown up at OT by a Newcastle side that they were not expecting, insecurities at just how much of a gap in quality there is between them and their now far superior neighbours and the reaction to being on the receiving end to a bad decision is like a spoilt child in a sweet shop! The fans, the players and the manager threw the hypothetical toy out of the pram yesterday and it was quite honestly hilarious. Non of them liked the fact that Newcastle came to OT, played better in the first half and defended better in the second. That is the issue. They know they had most of the decisions (as usual) throughout the game, they are just used to having it all their own way and it didn't happen. To top it off, we played city away and utd away back to back: yesterday without the sending off we could have taken all 3 points from OT. A week ago at the Etihad we played a team on a different level of quality to Man Utd.
In discussions of the penalty award I've not seen one comment that actually reflects the rules as they are now. The reference to a tackle being a foul if the man is touched before the ball was removed from the Laws of the Game a few years back. The rules now say a tackle is a foul if its careless, reckless or with excessive force. Since the way Ferdinand made the tackle ensured that his trailing leg would catch the Newcastle player whether he got the ball or not, it was perfectly open to the assistant referee to decide that it was careless and award a penalty. Not sure whether he was right or wrong but the fact that Ferdinand touched the ball first matters not a jot under the current rules.
United fans are ridiculous, you get these decisions every season. Weren't complaining when Mendes' shot went over the line and it wasn't given were you
What's hypocritical is that rival fans cry and moan about the officials every time Man Utd win but then lambast Man Utd if they complain when a decision goes against them.
It isn't so much complaining about the decision as the reaction to the game. You didn't deserve to win yesterday, pen or no pen. Your goal was as much to do with your teams own footballing ability as our penalty. You had a free kick which shouldn't have been, resulting in a goal you didn't score by merit, it was a deflection. Had we not been unfairly 1 man less than you, I strongly believe we would have beaten you. Man utd are a shadow of their former selves. You could tell Newcastle weren't even phased at coming to OT. Yet when this happens in other games, no other set of fans has ever given so little disregard to the efforts of the opposing side or the fall short of their own team, and put so much blame on a bad decision when in actual fact there were several poor decisions that could have changed the game either way. My humble view of man utd fans has completely changed.
Yes I did see the game. I saw Man Utd waste numerous chances. I saw Newcastle getting a point because of an appalling decision by the linesman.
"If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two imposters both the same ....You'll be a man, my son"
What's the for? You're basically agreeing with me. I'm not saying it was a foul. Rio clearly got the ball and it was a great tackle - I'm not questioning that. But Rio still went into Ben Arfa which caused him to go down because of his momentum. Don't know why some idiotic people can't see that.
Haha ! You hate Newcastle now because it was them who forced the ref to give a penalty and it was also their fault man united could only score 1 (very lucky) goal against them...
in all fairness these fans probably watched the game on MOTD... showed absolutely nothing we battered after the first 10 minutes until half time, de Gea made an amazing save off collo and demba ba and raylor should have done better with there efforts in the first half... it wasn't one way untill the red card, rooney and fabio should have been sent off. but they weren't and that's football just like the penalty. if you cast your minds back to last season when we had a stone wall penalty turned down at our place when lovenkrands was brought down? we didn't cheat then did we? or do you all suffer from memory loss?
