Seems to be a few mentions of not getting the support promised. I'm not sure they were as good as they make out, support or not.Folk wanted Mowbray gone. Ok. I thought it was premature. Just my opinion.
What is unarguable in my opinion is the way it was handled was naieve. It was clear we had no solid plan for a replacement. Then we put a new fella in ahead of a period in the season where coaching opportunities is limited. Mowbray and Beale are now history. But those responsible for the decision making related to sacking and appointments have been found lacking. No doubt they will either be gone, or have more scrutiny next season. Those appointing coaches need to understand the necessities to give them a chance to succeed. In Mowbrays case and Beales case the hierarchy created an environment in which failure would be more likely than success. Lessons can be learned, sure they will be. The next lad needs to think carefully, and get his assurances.
