Decent premise? IIRC it doesn't even have that, it has cave paintings ffs, though quite how early humans knew they'd been created by an alien species and where they came from eons after they'd been, or their knwoledge of astronomy, oh look a huge plot hole at the start I'd completely forgotten because of the abundance in them.
It's an insult to intelligence from start to finish, if you have any.

The Abyss - one of the finest sci fi films made must also be ****. Because he never would've survived the benz. In fact none of them would have. And all sorts of other **** I can't be bothered to list.

Here's the massive plot twist that Big Earn missed throughout the whole Alien saga.

Xenomorphs don't eat cùnts. They take them back to their lair to be used as incubants to make more Xenomorphs.

It's the whole fùcking premise of the films. It's what it's all about.

The premise is the back story of Alien and how the very creation that ends up becoming a threat to all life including humans is borne indirectly from humans going to find their creator. It's a good story arc.

The film is about getting to the next cool scene ridley scott has imagined whilst not giving a **** about how it gets there.
