Just finished it and agree 10/10 superb from start now finish, nothing weak about it and every episode was superb. Incredible TV.

I thought it was going to continue but actually it's done. The way he tells Yabushige at the end what's going to happen is perfect, no need to show it. And he says Anjin will spend the rest of his life in Japan, so all those things you think are flashbacks aren't at all, it's him dreaming of himself being old back in England but it'll never happen - superb.

Guy who played Yabushige was superb - more slippery than a vaselined eel in a bath of jelly ...

I posted last week I think he was my favourite character. The guy who played him was excellent.

I thought for a moment at the end that Toranaga weren't going to go through with it, just because <laugh>

Yes he's holding Mariko's crucifix that he drops in the lake in those scenes.

Watched 2 films on Netflix tonight The Land Of Saints And Sinners, Liam Neeson ... doing what he does ... 7 out of 10 and Eight For Silver a little gem of a horror - give it an 8.

I'm sorry kids but the only TV programme that has ever deserved a 10 is the first series of True Detective.

That's the truth.

Speaking of which, I found a wee thing on my IPTV. It's called The Red King.

Just one episode so I take it is brand new. Not a bad opening episode. It has Wickerman vibes all over it.

7/10
