I think I've watched the Sergio spaghetti westerns more than the traditional tbh. Fistful and TGTBTU loads! Although I've watched those above a fair few times.
Didn't think Kelly's Heroes would be in anyone's most watched but have to agree I've seen it loads. Every character in that film, even the Germans are one of a kind. "What's with the negative waves! Just think that beautiful bridge will be there and it will be there." Good list that. Except La La Land but fair enough.
I'm watching a film called Funny Pages on tv which is whacky as fck but brilliantly funny with it. Have to get up early so going to switch it off. Hopefully catch the rest of it at some point.
Just finished a good little film called wicked little letters Not something i would've picked myself but the mrs choice and was very enjoyable Olivia Coleman and others play out a scandal in Littlehampton during the 20s Good old british feel to it. Very funny in the main. 8/10
Shogun - watched the final one last night. Cannot think of a single reason not to give it a 10. So there it is 10/10. It's a limited series btw. It's done. Clavell's book is complete. His other books "The Asian Saga" aren't really linked to this story.
Everton Vs Liverpool 1.1/10 terrible show but no VAR involvement bumps it up a little, almost turned it off.
That was my initial impression so good to know I didn't miss much. The film was excellent so the idea of the series didn't offer anything new. I watched it last week. It was alright, some new things I didn't know about like the hot head CEO who broke SEC regulations. But generally thought the production was a bit weak. Just comparing to the Nike Jordan Air or Tetris films which were much better. Probably give it a 7.2
