I've been to Millwall in the bad days
No atmosphere just pure aggression
Best place for atmosphere for me has been dirty Leeds United ,( maybe the makems but that is only because that is a derby game )
Been to Elland Road about 5 times, always lots of noise
Been to Sheff Wed and Utd Liverpool Ev
Villa, Brum, Man City/ Man Utd West Ham Fulham Leicester Coventry Spuds, Arse, Boro
Barnsley, Blackburn Bradford Preston Blackpool Oldham Rotherham Derby Forest

Oh and by the way
Your comment that no one likes Newcastle is total bollocks
Best away game I went to for atmosphere and it’s difficult when your in the away end sometimes was Leeds.

Their fans are quite mental like ours.

Leeds aren't in the Premier league..the thing is all jokes aside you need to consider the **** atmospheres in general.

It's not great and at some grounds there's only a bit of noise if there's goal.

Selhurst park has never been known for it's atmosphere, literally never, cos a crappy little stadium for a perennially ****e team. The capacity is less than half of ours and the home support is naff.

Right, now that we've established it's just a regular game, and we don't have a terrifying journey into the bowels of hell, we can focus on the game. We are resurgent, Place's home record ain't great and we're much more rested than them.

All atmospheres are going downhill in general as clubs are selling more and more hospitality spaces and tickets to tourists. I mean that in the literal sense of tourists visiting the UK from abroad and wanting a ticket.

Early kick off times tend to effect the atmosphere unless something triggers the crowd. Evening kick off's tend to be better.

Evertons will be brilliant in their new stadium. If there's one thing their owner got right it the design of that new ground... steep terraces right on top of the players....

Let's just hope Newcastle win.

I’m
Not so sure mate. And one ground which is vibrant and with the team is Everton’s. It’s also a curse. A bit like ours was under Ashley.

It’s easy to support a club on the rise and positive.

Supporting NUFC under Ashley was hard work.

I don't want any arguments so I'll just agree I'm going to agree with everything now and see how long it takes before people disagree with it.

I don’t disagree with almost everything you say mate.

You make a lot of valid comments on here which a lot of folks don’t like.

But most are valid observations.

Ooh, sounds like fun...

I heard from a trusted source that you are a window-licking Mackem smack head and jerk off at the sight of a seagull. You give free blow jobs to all Aston Villa fans, **** the bed regularly and cry yourself to sleep every night because you know NUFC will be a huge, successful club.

Do you agree with this statement?
<cheers>

Less likeminded people go to games together, they are now scattered all over the ground, you are less likely to sing on your own rather than if you were with other people singing.

Lots of people seem to be more bothered about moaning at the players rather than getting behind them, it's like the match gets in the way of their day out.
