I’m not sure anyone wants him out, we’d like him to change his approach and attack with more pace. I don’t believe this team should be struggling and playing as we are.
The only thing that differs is who believes he can turn it round and deliver….some of us aren’t sure.

Now the “majority” might call us negative and bedwetters etc…
If we all shared the “majority” view this board wouldn’t be very busy, certain posters would have nothing to do. You wouldn’t be able to call anyone out and flex your “staff member” muscle when you wanted.

he obviously has an affinity to the club which is why I’d like him to succeed rather than see him sacked

The question is will a young trainee coach ever learn how to get a good team on paper to play attacking, winning football. To say he'll stick to his principle of overplaying possession football which has failed at home doesn't give fans much to look forward to next season. if it works fine, but it doesn't. The team has been very good away from home.

With some class loan players leaving shortly it will take time for newbies to adapt to playing reverse football and if you get off to a bad start in this league it's very difficult to play catch up. He'll be here next season I'm sure of that, but if the owner truly wants to fulfil his dream something needs to change, hopefully just the style of football. It's not the fans who need educating, it's the coach.

I’m still very surprised that Rosie hasn’t asked for, or been offered an older coach with attacking coaching experience.
Kind of like in the NFL.
Having looked through our coaches, we don’t have someone who seems to focus on attacking.
Both Rosie & Daws were defenders, not sure what experience the rest has, but I think it should be addressed at some point, just to help connecting the defensive side of our game, which I think is decent, to the less effective attacking side.

Nah. You have to visibly challenge that stuff. It’s not about challenging the person who posted necessarily, but for showing anyone that might see it that this is a place where odious views are not tolerated or left unchallenged.
Agreed, challenging people is better than censorship imo but my point was in relation to what is said on this forum rather than the things said on Twitter by that guy

Ok. That's me protected from a diet of ****e that doesn't have an impact on me anyway.

How does that help protect Liam's legal right not to be racially abused?
Well that’s something for the police if a law has been broken, I was just saying we can moderate ourselves if OLM is really quitting being the mod on here

LR can block him, but he clearly doesn't want his children or family having to read the bile directed towards him also.
I’m not actually talking about the LR situation, I didn’t mean LR can block people on here :emoticon-0102-bigsm I meant if OLM was quitting surely we can just moderate ourselves

You not think Sharp has been brought in to provide some of that?

There's many opinions on here I don't agree with, but I'd never call for someone to be banned. That's a whiney ****s trick, put your own opinion forward, and if others don't agree with it that's life. That is all.

'Looks like they've got his name and it's been passed to the club, banning order incoming (hopefully).'
