Which facts are they? Schools have only been encouraged to teach more literature from the British Isles instead of America, and To Kill a Mockingbird has never been put on any do not read lists, banned, or any such thing within the UK. Schools can still teach it if they want to. https://fullfact.org/education/will-kill-mockingbird-be-banned-schools/
The question is will a young trainee coach ever learn how to get a good team on paper to play attacking, winning football. To say he'll stick to his principle of overplaying possession football which has failed at home doesn't give fans much to look forward to next season. if it works fine, but it doesn't. The team has been very good away from home. With some class loan players leaving shortly it will take time for newbies to adapt to playing reverse football and if you get off to a bad start in this league it's very difficult to play catch up. He'll be here next season I'm sure of that, but if the owner truly wants to fulfil his dream something needs to change, hopefully just the style of football. It's not the fans who need educating, it's the coach.
I’m still very surprised that Rosie hasn’t asked for, or been offered an older coach with attacking coaching experience. Kind of like in the NFL. Having looked through our coaches, we don’t have someone who seems to focus on attacking. Both Rosie & Daws were defenders, not sure what experience the rest has, but I think it should be addressed at some point, just to help connecting the defensive side of our game, which I think is decent, to the less effective attacking side.
Agreed, challenging people is better than censorship imo but my point was in relation to what is said on this forum rather than the things said on Twitter by that guy
Well that’s something for the police if a law has been broken, I was just saying we can moderate ourselves if OLM is really quitting being the mod on here
I’m not actually talking about the LR situation, I didn’t mean LR can block people on here I meant if OLM was quitting surely we can just moderate ourselves
There's many opinions on here I don't agree with, but I'd never call for someone to be banned. That's a whiney ****s trick, put your own opinion forward, and if others don't agree with it that's life. That is all.
'Looks like they've got his name and it's been passed to the club, banning order incoming (hopefully).' Liked by TwoWrights
The technical aspect of putting the ball in the net he doesn't lack experience, but I take your point that he's not been a coach decades, just played the level for decades.
