In France, as you'll know, you're legally obliged to carry self-breathalyser kits ... good idea imo.

It means people never have an excuse or try to convince themselves they'll be OK.

I just think the Gov could make it a lot simpler - legal limit of alcohol for driving = 0 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood
