The way SAFC are currently performing, I’m pleased we’ve got a break this week.

Especially with the chance of getting some key players back

Normally hate them, especially as I've little to no interest in international football, but this one's pretty well timed for a change.

Yeah can't really do us any harm at this point. Would be nice to just get the entire season over with now though.

Quite right, we can treat this is a big pre-season.

Try players in different positions now and various tactics, not when next season starts.

Give players like Rigg, Mundle, etc, plenty of game time to see how they progress.

And get a few wins. Plenty of people will still want to go and they deserve some entertainment ...

... I don't want the season to fizzle out, there's some important games against the likes of Blackburn, Sheff Wed, etc.

Let's play our part and make them interesting.

Yeah. It's ****ing boring, but a couple of weeks rest and hopefully a stronger looking squad for the Easter games and it will be worth it.

Are we expecting Evans and Alese to make the bench v Cardiff? O9 is back of course but are any of the others? Been radio silence on Embo and Cirkin

Both Evans and Alese played 45 mins for the reserves...which is encouraging....Dack also played.

Evans has 2 halves under his belt. I wonder if they'll want him to complete a full 90 before considering him for the 1st team
Got a feeling Friday will see largely the same squad as the QPR game. Got to hope Roberts and Clarke get fit soon

Maybe, but if he's ok in training he could start on the bench,or...start and come off after 60 mins or so,if need be.
Yep,I'd love to see Roberts,Clarke and Cirkin back asap,to try to give us a decent end of season run in.

Finding and taking momentum into the close season is not to be underestimated
