    Exactly like the Brighton game!

This season has been way better than I could have hoped for so I see huge progress. The only blots on Ange for me is the League Cup game at Fulham and Werner.

We have actually improved since he and Hojbjerg have come on, but that miss was ridiculous

That final pass today has been so, so poor. Total lack of energy as well and made Fulham look like title challengers...

Son gets flattened. Ref gives fk to Fulham and books Johnson for complaining.
    Sums up the day.

Robinson has been immense for Fulham. Everything that none of our lot have been.

Agreed to do a late notice late shift tonight.

Haha shame on you lot for having to watch the game, and it sounds like I missed a proper Werner miss too. <rofl>

Been saying for a while that I don't think it's a coincidence we've been linked with a lot of No6es since late last year, and that can't all be down to the expectation of Hojbjerg leaving
Maddison reportedly picked up a knock in training midweek and has been on low intensity drills ever since

The lack of squad depth seriously hinders his ability to change things for me

We’ve been poor at times this season, but I think that’s one of, if not our worst performances/results.
Didn’t turn for 70+ minutes. One to totally forget.

I'm of the opinion we need Hoejberg starting. His experience and intelligence is badly needed in midfield.

this is what we need to remember. Still so much work to do, but it’s been a damn sight better than we imagined.

but results like this are infuriating after last week.

why are we so Jekyll and Hyde?

It does underline how, on paper, we have a superb midfield - but the difference between paper and reality is our midfield is often undone either by a player having an off day like Maddison has today, or individual errors like Bissouma dozing off as he's done more than one lately, or sometimes the blend doesn't feel right like the Bentancur/Bissouma/Maddison trio which would eat teams alive on Football Manager in reality but doesn't quite work as you'd hope

This is why I wasn't joking when suggesting that we bring back Luka Modric when his contract runs out this summer, as his insane consistency would iron out some of these issues for a season or so

both wolves and Fulham are so similar. Some weeks they turn up, others they are abysmal. Unfortunately we caught both on weeks where it was the former.

We actually created loads of good chances....both Maddison and Richarlison shot a few inches wide from good positions and Son and Johnson both missed decent chances. Werner managed the miss of the season. Two of their goals were very lucky.
We didn't play at all well though and gave the ball away far too much.
