How many times previously have we missed these huge opportunities?
It won't be a surprise if we miss out again.

 

I think Dykes is a good striker. One day he'll leave us and go to a team that actually puts the ball into the box and he'll score a bunch of goals.

We don't play to his strengths. The way we play these days suits Armstrong. We should just put him on all the time now.

 

Although we're not tearing Sunderland apart in any sense, we look like a team who belongs in this league and can compete.

They really are piss poor at the back, get Smyth and Armstrong on to absolutely terrify them

 

I think Dykes is a poor striker and terrible footballer.

 

That’s a bit harsh in my opinion, he can score goals for Scotland at international level and we’ve seen him score some quality goals, I just don’t think our style currently works for him.

I'd like to see Smyth come on. A bit more pace alongside Armstrong and I think they'll defence won't cope.

 

Wrote the same as you were posting. Surely he's got to be warming up.

 

We need to get a grip and have the home fans turning against their own side, Smyth would pull them apart at the back

 

Maybe but there's been many many games where we've put decent balls in and Dykes is nowhere to be seen. I just don't think he's got the nous.
