Never watched a single episode. Never seen an episode of the wire either and some other shows people swear by like stranger things. Just never interested me.

Well it wont sway you, but IMO the Wire is the best show ever made, bar none.
Stranger Things....meh, kinda lost its way. The last season was an improvement, over seasons 2 and 3, and I will likely watch it for completions sake, but I will stop at saying its decent. There are far worse shows.

The Wire and The Sopranos for me are top tier.
At the moment, in terms of TV, I am watching Yellowstone, Cobra Kai and House of the Dragon.
I think Yellowstone has now finished, but im a season behind, Cobra Kai has one season left, the next season is gonna be the last.
House of the Dragon I was pleasantly surprised by, as I had zero hope for it given the last couple of seasons of GoT, but HOTD is a completely different crew and they nailed it.

Anyone watching the whole bunch of Walking Dead spin offs?
They made like half a dozen of them when the main show ended
I stopped Watching TWD around season 7 or 8, but it went on till season 11.
They ended it, but Daryl got his own spin off, Rick and Michonne got one, Negan and Maggie got one.
My brother insists they are good! lol
Checked the ratings and they are all averaging about 400k viewers per episode domestically, where as the parent show, at its peak, averaged like 12 million viewers!
And they have all been renewed for second seasons!! What is AMC thinking,
400k people out of a population of 331 million is like 0.15% of people watching your show, thats dog ****.

No wonder studios are losing money hand over fist....why do they insist on polishing up ****e and calling it gold?
Watched it all, decent series except for 2 seasons where it lost it a bit, Fear The Walking Dead was terrible, Beyond The Walking Dead also terrible. The new spin off getting good reviews.

Cobra thingy was good for the nostalgia for 1 season but should have been binned then.

Yellowstone is okay, Cobra Kai was a bit of nostalgia for a few episodes.
Guess it shows how people have different tastes and not every hit is for them.

just been watching back Sherlock on iPlayer.

I generally dont like British shows outside of sitcoms.
Most British drama shows suck balls.
I did watch a few eps of Luther and thought it was okay, but beyond that....they're not for me.

Came across the rick and michonne spin off yday while looking for shogun.

Put it on and about 40 secs in this voice said to me Wtf are you doing and I agreed so turned it off

Mea Culpa on Netflix - unbelievably bad - 2/10 ... only worth watching to see just how ****e it is - a Tyler Perry film ... a name I have now come to associate with absolute, utter, rubbish ...

I can honestly say Poor Things is an original story.

There is a lot of repetition in the film industry without a doubt. The jump to comics was an opportunity but so many have been done badly.

I just found one.

The Holdovers 9.1/10

It's brilliant, you'll like it. My film of the year.

I know I'll watch Poor Things but will need fck all else going on so I can just chill with it.

Suits seasons 1 & 2 - 9.1

Really didn’t think it’d be my cup of tea but loving it so far. Harvey is a proper don, would love to be that smugly smart and connected as he is, Louis also great television, the right amount of dickhead to still be likeable and charismatic.

Got blindsided by the missus and one of my daughters into watching Anyone But You on Netflix tonight - have to admit to enjoying it - losesly based on Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing and also recommended for Sydney Sweeneys bum and tits - quite something... 8/10...

Watching The Strain, not really into vampire stuff, but 3 episodes in and I'm enjoying it, other than the pointless broken marriage sub-plot.
