    now it all makes sense.

bizarre sense but sense none the less.

half way through this there was no saving this conversation.

now though? there's a pair of them in it.

    freak German dolphin abusers.

Is it abuse though if the Dolphin gives consent? That's going back to my original question.

She wasn't being secretly propositioned. She (and her husband) were fairly openly propositioned. They made it clear they weren't interested and that was that. They get on amicably though.

The neighbours have guests occasionally where the curtains get drawn.

That's what they told you at least.

Speaking of swingers though... I was curious once why I saw several stars appear stuck to the outside of several houses in the neighbourhood so I googled it and found out it's a "secret" swinger symbol to let other swingers know that swingers live there... But in recent years it seems to be quite the design trend and is all over the place. I think it's become a design trend now (too many to all be swingers) but I have to wonder how many know what the star on their house used to mean.

Sad news about Dave from the Hairy Bikers. Watched few of their shows and seen them both doing interviews on many tv/radio and always seemed brilliant couple guys. Good laugh

That's a good question. I'm sure vets would be able to estimate, especially if dolphin is in captivity. And would human-based age be relevant? Googling- female dolphins reach sexual maturity between 5 and 10 y/o. Males between 8 and 13... but who wants a male dolphin? :bandit:

Sexual Maturity doesn't necessarily indicate mental maturity either. Just look at human males for proof.

The whole point was not "let's have sex with dolphins" the point was that animals can't give consent because they can't talk, but dolphins do have complex language so theoretically we could communicate with them one day, which means theoretically they could give consent. Not saying anyone should have sex with a dolphin even with consent because... well amongst other concerns there's the fact it would be extremely dangerous. It was meant more as a theoretical question.

I presume one blow hole is as good as another to him. I couldn't think of what the greeks would call dolphins but given they are goat botherers I suppose it doesn't matter.

We will have to deviate in to donkey bothers in south America, goat bothering down in Greece and sheep bothering in wales as well.

Cetaceans will do - used it yesterday. I think the Ancient Greeks probably thought dolphins were fish anyway, tbh.

The ancient Greeks may have been big into mathematics and philosophy... But they also called the sea "wine-coloured" so they weren't always smart.
