RIP Dave Myers, one of The Hairy Bikers. Apart from the facial hair, he was a man after my own heart - bikes, food and enjoying life to the full.
Thoughts go out to family and friends and Si King, who suffers from depression, and will feel his mate's loss very hard.
I'm not one for recipes and cookbooks, preferring to just wing it and see how it works out, but I've got 2 HB cookbooks, that get referred to when I'm stuck for inspiration. Thanks for the fun and recipes. Safe home!

RIP to Dave Myers, he always came over as a decent guy , only watched their last series a few weeks ago , no hint that he had not recovered , Si will miss him
He seemed a very nice bloke.
And their friendship was very uplifting- like Laurel & Hardy and Morecambe & Wise. Dave Myers was from Barrow, Stan Laurel was a fellow (now) Cumbrian from Ulverston and Eric was from nearby Morecambe. Maybe there’s something in the water?

We'll see if he meant any of that when he comes up against Matty Cash next week.
Cliff Jones was in H Club on Saturday....he was interviewed by Paul Coyte and sang us a verse of It's a Grand Old Team to Play for.
