After a very closely fought cup final it is congrats to @Paddy Podped who is the February Cup winner :emoticon-0148-yes:

(5) Le Tissier's Laces v Paddy Podped (10) 14-14

Both players ended on 14 points but Paddy wins on the Goalscorer tie-break as although both their selected players scored (Adams and Watkins), Watkins goal was the first goal of the game so was worth 2 points as opposed to just the 1 point for Adams goal.

We have four joint winners this week - @Le Tissier's Laces @Brixham Saint @Saintmagic @The Ides of March all on 11 points :emoticon-0148-yes:

Saintmagic was the only player to pick up correct score bonus points this week as he had the 1-1 draw between Blackburn and Norwich and Cardiff's 2-1 win against Stoke.

For the goalscorers both Adams and Chaplin scored at home and Flemming scored away. Nobody had both home and away though so no bonus points.

The best bonus game this week was Ipswich-Birmingham with 4 goals and Chilco, SaintStu, fran and Ides all picked that game.

In the monthly table for February it is congrats to @Saintmagic who is our clear winner :emoticon-0148-yes:

In the overall table tomw24 is still our leader but after that great month for Saintmagic he is now hot on tom's heals with RSS and myself also over the 300 point mark so still in with an outside chance.

Wow, that’s mad! Thanks Jack and really unlucky LTL.

If that’s the ruling then I’ve been misinterpreting that rule throughout, I assumed 2 for any player’s first goal and only 1 for any subsequent goal by that player!


Anyway, an incredibly proud day for all the Podpedians who made the trip for the Final, we go again next month!!

I finish second but closer to Fran than Saint Magic. Bit like Leicester and the team in 6th in the Championship!
