If I'm honest Farke can't keep it going. This was prior to the weekend, so obviously we have conceded twice in 9 games now.

Downes injury seems to have broken Martin tactically.
As big a loss as he is there is enough in this squad that we shouldn’t be crashing like we are.
As we were all saying, the key was how we would respond to the first loss and I think we can safely say we have failed that test.
I would say if autos is to remain a possibility we now cannot lose a single game more this season.

Just got back and having had time to stew on it and I'm still furious with Martin. I assumed when I saw the team Stephens would be at LB like he was at West Brom. What actually happened was we lined up with THB at RB and KWP on the left. I mean, what was he thinking? Play KWP at RB for ****s sake.
As for the game itself, we were far too slow and predictable on the ball. Millwall defended the majority of our attacks with ease. Two shocking moments defensively gifted them two goals and we had no answers. Absolutely pathetic display and Martin has made a complete **** up of back to back home games. He needs to up his game or the doubts will grow whether he's good enough to manage a squad like this.

Oh and instead of trust a natural DM in Charles to do his job, he's forced Smallbone into that role and he still hasn't realised it's been a disaster.

On Solent, Joe Tessem was suggesting that Stephens was playing a free roaming defensive/midfield hybrid role. That can't be right, surely?

Bar Huddersfield Rothwell has looked like a massive downgrade on Alcaraz in the same role so far.
Sulemana was our best player when he came on today.
He didn’t really do anything wrong, but we lose a lot with him the team. Manning is horrendous but the games he should be playing are at home to a bottom half team. It keeps KWP in his natural position and Manning goes forward as well. Stephens just isn’t an option going forward
Not really. Charly did very little this season. I love the guy but let's not pretend he was playing well.
But yeah I agree, we didn't need Rothwell. We needed a DM. Pretty sure I said so on the transfer thread half a dozen times.
