I’d rather give Beale another go than give Loser Lampard a shot.

Because plenty of them have behaved exactly like that.So why do you think of our fans like that?
Mourhino, Zidane, Conte are available
Imagine if he asks for a transfer kitty, and gets a big NO.I don’t want Will Still for this exact reason. He will rub many up the wrong way. Some because he’s confident. Some because he’s young. Some because he’s southern. There’s no way he’d work. And all of this is irrelevant to his actual ability.
By that description we need to find and old shy northerner sound perfect I am in anybody got any coaches that fill this criteria.I don’t want Will Still for this exact reason. I have mentioned this a few times and I don't really know if it has relevance but the end of TM the interim games with Dodds and the games with Beale there has been a definite switch to defensive set up as opposed to a more attacking approach, the constant in all of these games are Dodds and Proctor. I know Dodds had a couple of good results but if you watch the games they were achieved with a defensive set up which is fine but when we are playing Huddersfield then the tactics need to change but in effect they did not and this same tactic of 2 defensive midfielders seems to be employed even when not required (funnily enough this is how Gareth Southgate prefers England to set up) which I would guess is for continuity, but the truth is we have played better when this tactic is abandoned or we fall behind, which begs the question why it is employed in the first place. The bigger issue will be a new man's backroom team. Not many will want to come and have Dodds and Proctor having prominent roles on the first team bench.
They need to decide if they want to develop the latter or bring in a new man with their assistant and says of working etc. Obviously still within a head coach model.

I am not saying Dodds and Proctor should not be there but a head coach should take charge and assistant coaches should follow their lead and tactical plans otherwise they are being sacked for somebody else's vision.
didn’t say we will hate everyone. Just that my gut tells me Still would evoke similar reactions to Beale. He speaks in a very similar way with very similar language.
This is the problem with the internet tho like. You’ve taken me saying that I think Still won’t unite and exaggerated it to me saying that “we will hate everyone”. It’s disingenuous and unhelpful.
Do they actually attend the matches? Or is it just the internet bully boys? You dont knowBecause plenty of them have behaved exactly like that.
Yet we have spent money so we do have a transfer kitty to spend. Its such a false narrative folk spin when they say we dont spend money - we do.Imagine if he asks for a transfer kitty, and gets a big NO.
Think i mentioned in December that my concern is keeping proctor n dodds even if a new manager doesnt want them. The bigger issue will be a new man's backroom team. Not many will want to come and have Dodds and Proctor having prominent roles on the first team bench.

We should be identifying the best managet for the job and letting him pick his own coaching staff. I get not wanting a new manager bringing loads of staff into the academy, data n scouting side of the club but they must have their own coaches alongside them in the 1st team.
New coaches will bring fresh ideas and i think thats what we are in desperate need of
They might look at it as a missed opportunity but they know not to be reckless with the money. Just investing a bit more money doesnt guarantee us going up, it also doesnt mean we have a better chance of going up.Dodds is part of the Birmingham mob isnt he. Move him aside into another role, or he has to leave. It will cost money, I think we will see the owners true ambitions in the summer. I wonder how many times he looks at last season and thinks, if we had invested a bit more we would be up there instead of Luton

The biggest issue last yr was the injuries to stewart ballard n baath- those 3 being fit i think we go up
This summer is massive, the manager appt is the big one for me - nail that and we will challenge for promotion for sure next yr imo

We spent over 10 million pounds this season. We are in a transfer deficit of around 8 million since we got promoted. Both of them numbers are one of the highest in the league. What are you talking about?Imagine if he asks for a transfer kitty, and gets a big NO.
