Over all that was an awful performance so many mistakes, worse game I've seen from Woolfenden, Burgess won hardly anything in the air from open play, Clarke hit and miss, first goal was partly his fault...as ever postionally all over the place. Davis made a few mistakes especially towards the end...Tuanzebe awful. Hladky what are you doing for the second goal?
Morsy was very quiet, don't think he's as effective when he's playing the higher of the 2 CMs, and Travis isn't as brave taking the ball off the CBs, think we really missed Morsy sitting deeper but then when we brought Luongo on it didn't really change it.
Chaplin, Sarmiento, Moore all pretty average, Broadhead anonymous and finally Burns was outstanding only player to come out of it with a lot of credit for me.
That all being said the thing I liked about the performance was despite the pressure we didn't allow Rotherham too many chances on our goal (until the 2nd one went in) and everytime we managed to get the ball into the final 3rd we did look dangerous, which is a real positive as it was something we have been missing until Moore has come in. I've said it before often our best results this season have come when we haven't dominated possession but we've looked dangerous going forwards.
This all said credit must go to Rotherham, they gave us a real game, don't think I've seen a team put us under that much pressure in ages. Their press was superb and yes they were direct but they also kept the ball really well. Fortunately for us they looked rubbish when we actually could get into their final 3rd.
