He loses the ball when you think he's going to win it over and over again. He's just out there running around. He's a dreadful player, but he's seen as being essential. He doesn't even get booked because he's never near the player. He's just there.
When Tonali and Willock are fit/available then Longstaff is back up/squad player. In particular he’s only playing because Tonali isn’t.

I disagree. We could look to get £10-20M from lower PL teams. He is the level I would look to sell along with Miggy. Wilson also but more to do with age and injuries for him.
