If there’s a silver lining this makes it clear to any delusionals that Newcastle is still a small club and will be for many years to come! This should lower what has become somewhat unrealistic expectations.

It's not mental gymnastics, I don't want him to go, I've said that.
But IF he does, then we can really screw them over.

Finding the plus during a loss is definitely mental gymnastics, but I agree with you.

Here are our plans Ashworth..... nufc are like the dumb bad guys in bond films ffs.

Seriously give him control and tell Howe to know his place.

Football has become so boring. FFP, VAR and now arguing about Directors of Football........

I remember when we used to talk about what happened on the pitch at 3pm on Saturday. Now its all about accountants and whether a line on a TV picture (that doesn't have the resolution to make mm decision that VAR do) is drawn in the right place.. The actual game itself is becoming a by product.

There's nothing much left as an entertainment and certainly as a competition it's a closed shop.

Good player but I felt we needed a right winger more, then again Howe would have continued to play Miggy as he likes his smile

So it looks like this **** is happening after all.

Maybe a hard reset will do us good?

The season has been a bit of a mess though really.

So things can only get better.

No it doesn’t. Ridiculous logic. In fact my wife has more logic in her little finger than you if that’s the best of your logic. And you really don’t want to know how much of an insult that is.
