Only thing I agree with you on tonight. He never broke any site rules. He could be annoying and most disagreed with him most of the time, but as people are noticing now, never sharing the same opinion as the certain majority is now a banning offence on here.

Shameful.

Agreed, being annoying isn't something someone should be banned for. I've never used it myself but that's what the ignore function is for.

Imo if you aren't blatantly breaking site rules you shouldn't be banned.

Shocking performance tonight. Seems to be a bit of point scoring on here tonight- no point of that. Some folk will always comment more when we lose, probably need to vent so not sure anyone should be digged out for it - others will be more positive about things

Not many positives from tonight other than mundle looked bright, id start him on Saturday. Thought rusyn worked hard n made some lovely runs dwn the line but wasnt found.

Def an off night for neil n clarke, worst theyve played this season.

We need to do something about our away form as its simply embarrassing!! I liked that Beale tried something different n when it didnt work he changed it.

Think his subs could have been a bit better, id of got rigg on in cm to give us some bite

CM was a massive issue tonight, no energy in there at all

Poor all round n we deserved to lose

Need a bounce back result n performance on sat now

Try n enjoy rest of your week fellas n catch up on match thread on sat

I didnt agree with most of what exile said and i did think he looked for arguments but he never over stepped the mark from what i saw anyway

12 goal contributions last season. 2 this season

I'd say that was worse.
Or you could argue that the players around him aren’t making the most of the chances he’s creating this season.

Hes actually not created that many goal scoring opportunities for his teammates. Cant mind the exact stat but its really low, i looked at it the other day

I've only come on to comment on this, not the match as I think it's pointless.

He wasn't banned for anything you've mentioned.

It was a sustained personal vendetta going back over a year when things were mentioned that shouldn't have been.

Much of what was posted was removed as it would be if anyone posted it so you'd be unaware. He was repeatedly asked to stop but he ignored those requests and subsequently ignored warnings from Mods. He had every chance to stop but chose not to.

It was suggested, for example, that I was making money from SAFC tickets. That's totally incorrect, as I never pass on booking fees, postage, etc, and might also cause problems for the site as well as myself. One of the posters, who was a total stranger and contributed tonight, will be going to Birmingham because I managed to arrange a ticket. If people thought I was making money, or operating a scam, they'd be reluctant to contact me.

For the play-offs one lad flew in from Vienna, and another from Malaga, purely because I'd guaranteed them a ticket. They were both strangers, thankfully now friends, who had a memorable day out that they'll never forget, I've helped them since. For someone like Exile, who never goes to games, that might be something to sneer at but, for me and many others, it's why we're Sunderland supporters and why we stick together.

That's my last word on it. I may not be everyone's cup of tea but I always do my best for my fellow supporters.

Are we talking about Roberts? Strange player in a way, bags of talent, great attitude and graft and little to no end product.

I believe you get tickets for people whenever you can.

To put it across as a one way vendetta is just wrong, though. You two were always at it with each other.

Him calling you Mr Tickets was part of it. If he’s been banned for what you have just said that’s really weak and strengthens my position on it even more. I wasn’t exactly fond of Exile myself but he never done anything to deserve a ban.

Can I just reiterate that Smug arranged two tickets for me at Ipswich at complete face value just for the record
And if people don’t believe that (I do), they don’t deserve to be banned. Put on ignore maybe. Not banned, though.

As I've just said you don't know the half of it unless you have access to my PMs and deleted posts.

I had him on ignore for over a year in which time he never stopped quoting me or attacking my posts.

I didn't ask for him to be banned but I don't have the least bit sympathy.

I could if I wanted too but I’m really not arsed.

You should have just kept him on ignore.

It was a poor, poor night and a few questionable decisions by the manager. But ultimately the players didn't perform and we've conceded another really soft goal and created next to nowt. Story of our season really. When it boils down to it, we aren't.good enough for a top 6.
