24 games unbeaten. That is probably all these threads need now. A counter, measuring our achievement. We are like a glacier forging the path of a new river. And the river leads to the Premier League.

Huddersfield were champions of England in 1924, 1925 and 1926. That was the first hattrick of league titles. We have never won any league above the third division South. Not one. Maybe this is the year?

Many people pronounce Huddersfield as Uddersfield. The funny thing about that is it is closer to how the name was originally said. In the Domesday book it was recorded with the very Viking name Oderesfelt. This means once upon a time someone called Oder lived in a field around there. Pull the Oder one, you might say, knowing how often I make things up on here... but this one is actually true.

Ray Wilson was once voted Huddersfield Town's greatest player. He played leftback in the 1966 World Cup Winning Squad. I had a best friend called Ray once. He had a massive porn collection.

Anyway, 4-0 Saints. At least. Probably more.

I’m not sure I’ve ever been the first one to reply on a Match thread so let’s see if that’s a good omen !?!?

I spose I oughta say summat to get things started, rather than just misspelling tings to get the pediatrists going

Some of our best players have had a bit of a rest and Breezy and Kameldeen may also be available again

Mara, Che, Adarma, Ryan?
I thought we were needing a goal scorer in the Jan window!?!?
I admit to being a big fan of Mara even when he was not firing on all cylinders. I just felt that something will come from him with the right service and in recent matches that has been the case. Che seems to work well with him too, not sure we need to splash out in that department if everyone stays.

So 'your friend' had a massive porn collection? Did he have lots of other 'friends'? Asking for a friend, you understand
