Am I the only one who really wants to see ex-players doing well?

Just saw Bassong give away a penalty in the B'Pool Spurs game and I was gutted for him. I really want him to well

I get it with pretty much every ex-player (apart from your obvious ones)

Just me?

Its always hard to see an ex-player do well, especially if they were a key player for us.

If it was a young lad that didn't get a chance in the first team and he's doing well in the lower leagues then i will cheer him on.

Bassong can hoof them in his own goal every week for me.

Apart from obvious ones like Bellamy, Duff, Owen, Bramble etc, then yeah I like to see them do well, even people like Bassong and Beye who left us after we went down.

Depends who they are. I can only think of a few I've clapped when the teamsheets have been read at SJP, pretty much just Aaron Hughes come to think of it. If QPR go up next year I'll be cheering One Size though, ditto OB if Leeds make it.

Ex players I like that are still playing are
Solano, Bellamy, Parker, Emre, Woodagate (if you can call it playing) and the younguns

The rest can go die in a fire

Depends how they left the club, the likes of Judas and Owen, I couldnt care less if they never played football again, but Solano, i hope he does everything he can for his current team (Hull?) and maybe even help them get promoted.

Also if in a couple of years if someone like Colo said "I want to end my career in Spain" after 2 or 3 more years good service to us, I'd wish him the best of luck and hope he did great for his new club.

sums it up perfectly

Got nothing against Scott Parker, he had games where he single handedly kept us in it. One I particularly dislike is Jermaine Jenas after his "gold fish bowl" comments - what an arse.
