That remains to be seen. Seems a bit of a scatter gun approach from Hull and Ipswich. Remember people being jealous of all the players Wigan were signing couple of year ago

Does anyone care if we spend sensible money, we are no where near our outer limits of FFP, its a unit that tight owners and directors hide behind, when the dont want to put their hands in to their deep pockets.

They use multiple journalists. When Pete O'Rourke or Wayne Veysey is reporting it, they're usually right. But most of the time its somebody else or doesnt even name them - thats when they're bollocks
 
Just noticed its Wayne Veysey who is reporting Benson. He has actually been fairly accurate if I remember correctly. But the one caution is that he talks about us needing a winger because the Amad deal fell through, completely ignoring Mundle. So that makes me think an agent is making it up and feeding him it.

think he's in talks with villarreal aswell and sure it fell through at southampton because burnley wanted 15m obligation purchase after loan

Hand in their pockets, which means debt for the club...
 
Anyway, if there's anything in that Benson link, I'd expect either Sky, the Athletic or Fab Romano to confirm it in the next 30 mins. If they don't, its probably nonsense.
 
What time will the usual Amad rumour appear to get likes and fake hope up? I'm predicting 7pm
