Outside our City local Ebenezers, class pub
What actually happened leading up to that?
Looks like the guy getting punched has disabilities (was he holding out some badge) and the woman is maybe his carer?
What's really sad and pathetic is the number of people jeering them on and the number of people online laughing at it.
What a society we've become.
And another thing that Hull will now get taken the piss out of for.

I really don't see the attraction of pubs in that area .Does this guy own the town .

I agree. Equally sad is that anyone would think it’s worthy of posting on Twitter.

Its the same all over Europe. Over a decade of relative cuts to social services combined with rises in drug addiction and mental illnesses. Instead of being seen as victims or ill people unable to look after or control themselves (all three of them) they're seen as scum and filmed for entertainment. A sorry situation.

The 'guy' in Grey is a female! Heroin addict so I assume her and her mate have done something to annoy the scooter guy. He appears to be an arse too but given the location of the incident it is fairly certain only arses would be involved.

There are plenty of clips doing the rounds for the build up to this. The guy against the fence had been an arse in various places, including stopping the traffic and attacking people and buses. The guy in the wheelchair warned him several times to knock it on the head, but the lad had been emboldened by everyone else approaching his pathetic threats with kid gloves. All in all, he got off lightly from what I've seen.

....and the woman pushed to the floor and hit by the wheelchair?

On the clips I've seen, she had plenty of opportunities to distance herself from that scrote for several hours of his anti-social behaviour towards security staff, and also chose to stand in the middle of the road blocking buses from moving (still on her phone) while he attacked passengers.

Sadly, there are no rights or wrongs in situations like this anymore. The whole of Britain has become a cess-pit with escalating crime and drug use on the rise,it's out of control!!!

I have no idea how or why people can let themselves go so far down the line in society that they simply wander around in a state of trance looking for their next hit but to me it's sad, very sad and there but for the grace of God go all of us...I'm just glad that none of my kids have sunk to that level and if they had,how do you,or can you, stop it once it's started?

Those who peddle drugs to make themselves rich will hopefully one day look in the mirror and ask themselves why they've turned a once decent Country into this....

Are you having a laugh, two smack heads were begging for money then spitting when they didn’t get it, the bloke on the scooter did what we all should do, batter the scum

This looks to be Bransholme. There are various other clips of them being arses across the city.

Then they should have been taken into care by the relevant authority - away from the public and out of danger to themselves.

If a diabetic was demanding insulin in the street and going into ketoacidosis, so appearing visibly unwell and out of control, would you suggest they should be battered?

They're sick with addiction, they can't look after or control themselves. Beating them up isn't going to cure it, it will make it worse. You wouldn't beat someone up who had cancer.

Are you royally taking the piss, you don’t choose cancer but you choose drugs, addiction is a kop out, anyone can quit anything, but they cry they can’t, have you heard of former heroin addicts, it’s not an addition is it, it’s a choice
