May well be true about Speakman. Apart from a bad window though all in all he’s done a good job. We have transformed. Do our best supporters in the land now need a coach thread about hating Speakman and his personality as well as hating Beale and his, so this thread stays about transfers. Some people need to get on some meds they are so full of negativity. It’s bad weather, it’s January, but the lighter nights are coming. If you can’t say something good ….

You won't find anyone more rude or arrogant than the likes of Ferguson, Klopp or Mourinho but they're there to do a job, no-one has to marry them.
People are become obsessed with every aspect of the club from finances to the infrastructure and seem to believe they can change things by posting relentlessly on a chat forum. Potential signings are dismissed on the ramblings of other internet experts from other identical fans forums of other clubs.
It's all becoming ridiculous and slightly hysterical ...

This 100%, his demeanour and personality are completely irrelevant to us as fans, his job isn’t to be our mate, it’s to run the club. I can understand that if say he’s snubbed someone that we know we’d genuinely say he was an arse, but honestly if he does a decent job who gives a flying ****, except the snubee of course. I was quite friendly back in the day when I was dealing with the club a lot with Gary the hair, lovely lad but couldn’t run the club, couldn’t tell you a right winger from a socialist, but the club used to allow him a say on transfers, now he could be criticised in terms of our relegations and general demise, but personally I found him fine.
BBC gossip column was a lot busier this morning with rumours, starting to feel like the.window is picking up pace up the food chain so should start seeing deals trickle down as the window end gets closer.

I can't stand arrogance. Immediately makes me want to avoid a person. You can tell that Speakman is arrogant just from looking at the way he moves and the things he says. Unfortunately though, some people are arrogant and everyone else just has to accept that. In some cases, it can actually be beneficial in a work environment. They reckon between 4 and 12% of CEOs display psychopathic traits. Overall, Speakman is doing a decent job so I don't really care what he's like as a person.

I don’t warm to the bloke at all but it isn’t my problem. Equally arrogance is telling him how to do his job and a highly qualified coach how to coach their team and who to pick. In relation to transfers him and Harvey need a better window or it is fair we ask questions because if the team isn’t improving in quality and balance and performance then he isn’t achieving his aim. So let’s see at the end of the window whether they have fulfilled their task. If Speakman secures Amad what then? We love Mr Arrogant or will they give someone else the credit - Beale?
