Ticket Office is a Shambles
Ticket website is a shambles
Club Website is a mess and is often out of date / player photos missing etc
Club Shop is a mess with hardly any stock
Digital Ticket launch was a mess and still is
Physical season cards where an after thought and forced people to stand for hours in all weathers to get a ****ty white plastic card
Food and drink at the stadium is shocking in quality and speed of service
The stadium looks like a tramps vest and only has absolutely essential maintenance carried out
The PA system still doesnt work properly
The TV's in the ground either dont work or are hung the wrong way round
The concourses are filthy
The roof leaks
Seats covered in Bird ****e
The internal steelwork paint is flaking off and looks shabby as ****
THE BCB farce
After the BCB, the fact mag ****e and graffiti was still visible 2 weeks after the game

Thats off the top of my head

Not all of those are true, but there are plenty good points there

I admire you for giving him the effort to type that out for the thick bastard, if he isnt aware of the issues he doesnt support the lads
